PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All Grew&Co jewellery pieces are custom made, please allow up to 6 weeks for production (excluding delivery time). Grew&Co strives to deliver all items within the time frame provided, however, if unforeseen circumstances do arise, the lead times may vary and the customer will be notified of the delay.

Here, at Grew&Co we do our best to accommodate all time frames so if you are after a jewellery piece that is sooner than our production time, u0003please get in touch with us as soon as possible prior to making an order to ensure on time delivery. While we endeavour to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all orders can be rushed.

Domestic Shipping

Grew&Co offers complimentary shipping for all orders over $1000 AUD and will be applied automatically at checkout. Domestic parcels are sent Express via Australia Post with signature on delivery and estimated arrival times of 1-3 business days within capital city metropolitan areas. Customers will be notified of the tracking number and progress of the parcel directly from Australia Post. Please ensure all the information you have entered is correct as Grew&Co is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Grew&Co will not replace or refund for parcels that have been scanned as delivered and signed for. If you require any further information please contact our Customer Care team here

International Shipping

Grew&Co we understand each customer has different time frames to have their parcels delivered, therefore we have created an option at checkout for you to choose which method of shipping you prefer. Rates and delivery times vary country to country and the delivery method of your choice which is done live through Australia Post website and FedEx respectively.

Customers will be notified of the tracking number and progress of the parcel directly from Australia Post or courier (FedEx). Please ensure all the information you have entered is correct as
Grew&Co is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Grew&Co will not replace or refund for parcels that have been scanned as delivered and signed for.*

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Custom charges, duties and taxes are sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on each country and the value of the item(s). We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you.

Grew&Co is not responsible for any additional charges imposed during the import process into the Country of recipient’s choice. 

Refunds and Returns Policy:

At Grew&Co, delivering unique and bespoke jewellery pieces that lasts is our priority. As each item is made to order refund(s) for change of mind or incorrect purchases are not permitted.

We can however, offer an exchange or store credit (excluding postage fees where applicable) on all orders( Excluding engagement and dress rings) should you change your mind within 14 days from receiving the item(s). Items returned for change of mind incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Store credit is issued in the form of a gift certificate and is valid for a period of 12 months. 

Returns will not be accepted if the following occur:

•     Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.

•     Items are returned outside the specified timeframe (14 days)

•     Order returned damaged in transit from customers end

•     An order includes bespoke or customised items

Should any of the above occur, Grew&Co has the right to refuse the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return the customers at their own expense.*

Re-sizing

Grew & Co team understands getting the correct ring size can be hard, especially when you are not physically present to try the rings on, therefore for an accurate ring size, we offer our clients a complimentary ring sizer that can be mailed out to you. Alternatively, download one here *

*Please note: You the customer are responsible for the return shipping of your order as well as the return shipping fee back to you.


FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS

Each Grew&Co jewellery piece has gone through many rounds of quality control before being sent out to a customer. However, manufacturing faults do happen and we always ensure the issue is resolved within a time frame quoted.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with us right away to notify us of the fault and include the below information:

•     Your invoice #

•     Your full name and address

•     Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description

After a careful assessment by a qualified jewellery team, we will advise you of the next step.

Please make sure each jewellery piece that is being returned is packaged safely to avoid damage during transit. Damaged goods due to poor packaging is the responsibility of the sender and Grew & Co has the right to refuse the item and send back to the customers at their expense. *

*Note that wear and tear and normal use is not considered a fault. Each jewellery piece is delicate and unique in nature and should be handled carefully and accordingly; please refer to Care Instructions and Product Care Information. We encourage you to treat your jewellery with due are, general wear is not covered by warranty. Although diamonds & gemstones are hard they can be broken, chipped or broken stones are not covered under warranty. Gemstones/diamonds that have come loose or lost due to damage are similarly not covered under warranty.

On case by case basis, some repairs incur a fee and the quote will be provided for approval before repair(s) can go ahead.

At Grew&Co we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, as such, if any Grew & Co pieces have been worked by other jewellery companies and/or jeweller it will no longer be covered by Grew&Co warranty. It is strongly advised for all our jewellery to be returned to us to get a proper assessment.


CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If the production has begun no refunds will be given

Jewellery care tips:

Following a few simple guidelines will prolong the life of the jewellery piece:

•  Store your jewellery separately to avoid scratching and wear from other articles of jewellery.

•  Apply make-up, hairspray and perfume before putting on your fine jewellery.

•  Remove fine jewellery before using household chemicals.

•  Avoid wearing jewellery in a swimming pool or hot tub. Chlorine and extreme heat can damage some gem stones

•  Avoid wearing jewellery during strenuous activities that can damage the items such as weight lifting, gardening, exercising etc.
