Your first resize is free within the first six months of wear, except for styles that cannot be resized.
This allows you to experience the ring through different seasons and share any feedback with us during that time.
We offer professional cleaning, inspection, and polishing to keep your stones and settings secure, recommended every six months. Additionally, we provide quick cleans whenever you visit our store, just ask your consultant during your next visit!
We offer complimentary rhodium plating every 24 months for the wearable life of your white gold piece to restore its bright white finish.
If you're considering having your piece replated, ask your consultant, they will assess your jewelry and recommend the best time for the treatment.
Available once every 12 months for polished or brushed finish pieces only.
If you're considering refinishing, talk to your consultant to determine if your piece is suitable for the process.
