The surest way is to come and see us in the Mosman showroom at Shop 2, 175 Avenue Road. A consultant will size you, and if you fall between two sizes, we'll find the one that's most comfortable for you. If you can't get to Mosman, we can post you a ring sizer, or you can have your finger measured by a reputable jeweller near you and email us the size. We can't take responsibility for a size measured somewhere else.

Australia uses letters, the same as the UK, and the US uses numbers. Our size chart shows both, with the inside circumference of the ring in millimetres.

No. If the ring asks for your ring size, choose "Not sure yet". If it asks for a size range (Small, Medium or Large), choose a range and write your exact size in the order note in your cart, or write that you're not sure yet. Either way, we'll talk through your size with you before we make your ring.

They do. A wide band can feel tighter than a fine one in the same size. For wide bands we go at least half a size up from your usual size. If you're unsure, tell us which ring you're looking at and we'll advise.

We can work it out without asking them. Send us some photos where their hands are easy to see, and tell us how tall they are, and we'll give you our best estimate. Once the question has been asked, bring them in within 12 months and the first resize is free, as long as the ring can be resized.

Yes, though some styles can't be, such as rings with diamonds set all the way around the band. Your first resize is free on any piece bought from us, within 12 months of purchase. Return shipping is at your cost.

Yes. If both need resizing, we'll resize them together.
