Purchasing Agreement & Policies

By purchasing a piece from Grew & Co, you agree to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and Lifetime Care & Warranty Policy.

This agreement outlines the terms related to production, payment, shipping, and aftercare services provided by Grew & Co.

Production & Timelines

Each Grew & Co piece is handcrafted in our Sydney workshop. Production timelines vary based on the design:

  • Ready-to-ship pieces: Resizing may take up to 2 working days. If you select an alternate metal (different from what is pictured), resetting can take up to 3 weeks.
  • Wedding bands: Production takes 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
  • Bespoke engagement rings & custom pieces: Production takes 8 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
  • Bespoke pieces requiring resizing: Allow 2 weeks for resizing.

If there are unforeseen delays, customers will be notified. If you require a shorter production time, please contact us at hello@grewandco.com.au to discuss available options.

Payment & Pricing

Final payment is due upon completion of the jewellery piece as per your invoice. We accept:

  • All major card payments in-store, online, and over the phone.
  • Bank transfers (bank details will be provided upon request).

For bespoke orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due within 7 days of completion. Deposits are non-refundable.

If the piece is not fully paid for or collected within 8 months, Grew & Co reserves the right to reclaim ownership. Customers will be contacted before any final decision is made.

Pricing Policy

  • All pricing is based on material costs at the time of quoting.
  • Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in gold and gemstone pricing.
  • Customers will be notified of any price changes before proceeding.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, modifications may not be possible.
  • Bespoke and custom pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.

Shipping

Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Express Post.

  • Express Post aims for Next Day Delivery within designated areas, but delivery times may vary based on location.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • Grew & Co is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
  • Grew & Co will not replace or refund parcels marked as delivered and signed for.

International Shipping

We offer free insured worldwide shipping via DHL, with delivery times of up to 10 business days, depending on location.

  • Customers will receive tracking updates directly from DHL.
  • Duties & taxes: Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes applicable in their country. Grew & Co does not cover customs clearance fees. For details, consult your local customs office.

In-Store Collection

Customers may opt to collect their jewellery from our Sydney showroom by scheduling a pickup appointment via our online booking system.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. However, eligible purchases may be exchanged for store credit, issued in the form of a gift card, if returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery.

Grew & Co offers lifetime care and warranty covering craftsmanship and manufacturing defects.

Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend third-party insurance for engagement rings and high-value jewellery, as our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage to centre stones or entire pieces.

For specialised jewellery coverage, we recommend Q Report Jewellery Insurance.

Repairs & Post-Warranty Services

Grew & Co offers repair services for pieces, whether covered under warranty or requiring post-warranty maintenance.
