- Store your jewellery separately in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches.
- Apply cosmetics and perfumes first before wearing jewellery to avoid product buildup.
- Remove jewellery before cleaning, cooking, swimming, or engaging in strenuous activities.
- Take off jewellery before bed, especially necklaces, to prevent tangling or damage.
- Regularly check for loose stones and have them professionally inspected every 4-6 months

- Impact & Pressure: Sudden knocks, drops, or pressure can damage settings and stones.
- Extreme Temperatures: Prolonged exposure to high heat or sudden temperature changes can affect certain gemstones.
- Harsh Chemicals: Household cleaners, chlorine, and even beauty products can dull or damage metals and stones.
Cleaning Your Jewellery
Over time, dirt and oils can dull your jewellery’s sparkle. We recommend professional cleaning periodically, but you can also refresh your pieces at home:
- Soak jewellery in room-temperature water with a mild dish soap.
- Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean around and behind the stone setting.
- Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
