The Custom Process
Sometimes, the perfect piece doesn’t exist - yet. That’s where our custom process begins.
Your Initial Consultation
Working with your very own dedicated Grew & Co consultant, the initial consultation involves talking through the design process, discussing design direction and price point, and perusing our considered range of hand-selected diamonds and coloured gemstones.
Choosing Your Stone
Choose your dream stone from a specially-curated selection, finalise metal choice and review designs. A quote for the finished piece will be provided. Few stones meet our specific criteria and even fewer make it through to the edit presented to you in your second consultation. Curating a collection of the best gems available can take up to two weeks.
Production
Once you’ve approved the design and secured your stone with a 50% deposit (required for Australian clients) or full payment (required for international clients), our highly skilled team will begin creating your bespoke piece. Production is usually eight weeks from approval, subject to the design. Please allow up to ten weeks from submission of the bespoke form to the finished piece. The final payment is due on collection.
