Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, we do offer exchange or store credit (excluding postage fees where applicable) on eligible items if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exclusions: Engagement rings and dress rings are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Handling Fee: Returns for change of mind will incur a 20% handling fee based on the purchase price.
- Store Credit: Issued as a gift certificate, valid for three years.
Return Conditions
A return will not be accepted if:
- The item is not in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing original packaging).
- The return is outside the 14-day timeframe.
- The item is damaged in transit when being returned.
- The order contains bespoke or customised pieces.
If a return does not meet these conditions, Grew & Co reserves the right to refuse it. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange the return of the item(s) at your expense.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a craftsmanship issue or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
